Grant Skate Park
1135 S Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60605 (enter at Roosevelt & Indiana)
Opened in 2014. It covers 1.86 acres and is open to skateboards, BMX, scooters and rollerblades. Listed hours are 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Logan Boulevard Skate Park
N Western Ave & Logan Blvd, Chicago, IL 60647
A 1.29-acre park under the Kennedy Expressway, shared by skaters and BMX riders. It has a bowl corner with a spine, quarters with hips, a funbox with flat and down rails, a manual pad and a kicker. Listed hours are 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. The covered spot helps on drizzly days.
Burnham 31st Street Skate Park
South of 31st St at DuSable Lake Shore Dr (Burnham Park), Chicago, IL 60616
